dump the flashlight, get a weather band radio. Everything else seems great. Maybe a gift certificate to a local vineyard around there?

They all soung goob but...A horseshoe setA variety of sea salts in a nice cabinetIf he likes fishing he probably does not like horseshoes. The salts seem a littles femminine.I would get him a couple of fishing rods and some lures.

They sound like great gifts for your boss! You really seem to know him, and, really thought about what to get him! They seem like great presents and your boss will be thrilled to receive them, he will know that you and your department really know about him, and he will feel really happy to receive those gifts!
