|
|
| My co-worker is 30 and is having a party at her house today. I already got her a birthday card and I'm going to get her a gift card to Target. How much should I put on the card? I was going to put $50 but I think that's too much. What do you guys say? $25-30. Our relationship is good, but it's not like we hang out during the weekends and stuff. Once we go out to happy hours after work as a group. |

If you are contributing alone, I think $25 is great unless you are a doctor, lawyer or the general manager. Or, you can collect from all your co-workers, ie: $20 from each and then the gift card will be more! That is what we do at our office.Hope this helped! |

| I say $30 is good. $50 would be a little too much. |

| 25 is enough for her to get a steak dinner. |

| $25 sounds OK to me.And brava to the birthday girl for not having the party at the office.(I definitely don't recommend hitting up other co-workers for money.) |
