| A friend of mine owns a successful import/export company. He wants to use his imported products for gift baskets and market them online. He contacted me telling me he knows nothing about the internet and asked if I was interested in setting it up. My business partner and I are considering setting up a website and marketing online. We would be designing the gift baskets/website and paying for all online marketing. He would be paying for all the products and making and shipping the gift baskets from his 20,000 sq ft warehouse. He wants to do multi-million dollars in sales. He wants us to put together a prospectus and tell him what percentage of profits we would take. I have no idea how much I should charge him. Keep in mind that we are doing all the work for the website but also he could hire someone else to set up the website. Any ideas? |
