Christmas gift for my inlaws??!!?

I want to send something nice to my boyfriends folks for christmas but cant really think of anything other than flowers - any suggestions? They live a few hours away so it needs to be something that can be delivered! If you have a farm shop near you they are sure to do that sort of thing or even try a good garden center. My parents gave a hamper to my in-laws and they loved it as it's not something you would normally get for yourself, but would like to have.
