Buy her some new cooking tools. If here job is to cook then get here something that will benefit at home and at work. Just make sure there not the crappy cooking utensils.

What about something that she could pamper herself with? Like one of those massagers that you put on your chair and it will relax your back etc...if she's a head cook I imagine she's on her feel all day, something like a back massager or foot massager might be an idea...?

Buy her some new silverware around the house... i dont no what though, maybe a spalua or something neat.. Or maybe a cooking book... or ummm.. maybe cook her a christmas dinner or lunch or whatever something creative...
