Im 13, and i was wondering what does it mean when you cant stop thinking about your ex-boyfriend??

I cant stop thinking about him. every where i go i see something that reminds me of him and i cant stop dreaming about him every night and every second of the day i think about him. We were together for 3 months and he even got me a gift for our anniversary and he supported me and he even fought some one when they were trying to hurt me. Every day he would come to my house just to tell me that he loved me and that he was thinking of me and he would send the sweetest text messages 2 me! But on October 10th he broke up with me for somebody else but then he lied and said that his mother wanted us to break up because he needed to focus in school. I miss him so much and i still love him. BUT IM SCARED TO TELL HIM THAT I STILL LOVE HIM! HOW DO I TELL HIM WITHOUT LETTING HIM KNOW THAT ITS ME??! PLEASE HELP I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND I CANT HIDE MY FEELINGS FOR HIM ANY MORE!! TELL ME WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM AND I STILL LIKE HIM BUT IM SCARED TO TELL HIM HOW I FEEL!!
