| Okay, I probably posted this two times, but tell me if this is a good idea. I'm a high school student as a junior. This girl and I broke our friendship several monthes ago due to her boyfriend. Now things are slowly getting better between us. I've asked twice already about what gift I should get for her, The repsonses I got from girls ranges from necklaces, lotions, bath, soaps, teddy bears, and sweets. But what really intrigued me was one answer of getting something personal for her. Something you noticed in her that she appreciated. I don't want to get anything extravagant because of our lost friendship like hearts and flowers--to be specific a christmas gift. I found one thing I knew that was personal to her. She loves God and her favorite book is the Bible. I know I am just a high school student but I hope it isn't corny if I buy her a great bible book. I want things to be great again. I miss her. So tell me, girls, if getting a bible book for a seventeen year old girl is great? |

| That is really sweet, she will really appreciate that you thought of her and didn't get her a lame "Merry Christmas" item but a gift from the heart! That is was a girl wants for Christmas a friend that thinks about them daily! God Bless you and your friend! |

If she loves this type of things and is church going person, what better gift than that? Or a christian gift certificate?.....from a Family book store? and let her choose her own?You know her best! Best wishes in a friendship worth keeping and investing in!!  |

| That is great. Get her a "Living Bible". It is easy to understand. Throw in some "Red Door Revealed" cologne spray by Elizabeth Ardin. She will love it. I am so glad she is smart enough to believe in the truth--GOD. Merry Christmas. |
