something tangible.don't suggest:- card- picture frame- badminton racket- something i've baked- gadgetsok, so here are the facts:- our second yr anniversary will be on january- we go to different schools which will take you about six hours before you see each other- so we'll just get to see each other again this xmas vacationhe's like this:- he likes to look good [clothes, grooming, scent...the works]but please do not recommend clothes [if you'll recommend perfume or grooming products, please tell me where can i buy it, how much does it costs and other info]- he's a funny guy- badminton player- likes to sing a lot...err, i think the grooming/perfume/personal care whatsoever is the best bet. if you know of good products, please tell me all he info you know about it.P.S. it must cost one thousand pesos or lessthanks in advance.

Hi! I know its a killer getting something for a man. I wouldn't recommend perfumes and clothes because they are subjective. Maybe a wallet would be nice. I don't know whether this falls under "gadgets" but you could consider buying an iPhone, iPod or a Playstation. Maybe a mixed tape of his favourite songs... its inexpensive and shows that you've been paying attention. Don't try to get too romantic coz guys have a very short memory for those. The good thing about gadgets in that they get to show it off. "Dude, look what my girlfriend got me.."Good luck!

In celebrating anniversaries, the second year has cotton as a traditional theme. The modern theme is china. So I suggest you give something made of cotton (shirt) or china (decorative china ceramics). Since you wish to opt out clothes, think of something else made of cotton..

since it's already rather cool in the phils., how about a nice sweater (any of the better dept. stores would have a good selection) and then attach a happy anniversary card with the note saying "wish it's me hugging your body instead of this sweater...blah blah" kinda corny but very sweet, i think!

If you need a romantic but funny gift idea, these personalized soaps from soapcard. com might do the trick. They make romantic heart shaped soaps with your photo and personalized message embedded inside. I got one for my boyfriend and he loved it. You can write all kinds of funny stuff. My boyfriend thought it was super cute, .the "Think of me when you're feeling dirty" soap was the one he loved the most.
