I just recently starting seeing this man (about a month). What is an appropriate x-mas gift?I was thinking a beer mug with a personalized message on it (his name & the saying he always says).

I like to go with books. It's simple, but personal and something they'll most likely keep and think of you every time they see it. You could get a book about anything. Whatever he's interested in. This guy got me a book about my favorite artist one time, and I really loved it. It seemed very thoughtful and personal, yet not too serious.

That sounds pretty awesome but recently we got my husband's boss a neat gift for him. We bought him IMAX tickets for two to see a 3d movie of his choice. We also put more money on the ticket to get refreshments. That was a great gift for him to take out his girl without worrying about the money aspect of it. He really loved it. He would love what's playing there right now.

hmmmm...do you think that is a good idea?? I am referring back to some of the other questions that you have asked about some concerns that you have. What are some of his other interest?? Maybe his favorite cologne if he wears any, a gift certificate?? A nice wallet to carry all the money that he will spend on you...lol....a nice wind breaker...does he play golf?? A nice shirt of his style...does he have his own place??? Something for his house....a water feature of some kind...does he play computer games or games of any kind??? I wish I knew more about him so I could help more but I'm sure he will love anything that you get him. Just think again about your first choice.

First, if he's the type who is interested in YOU,AND,you aren't after him for surface reasons, meaning you're after a longterm rela-shipand think he is too, then, though it sounds corny/old-fashioned but...Cook For Him an Elaborate Dish that You know you'll kick @ onAnd which you know he'll appreciate.
