| what do I get for my mother-in-law who has EVERYTHING?? I she is 53 yrs old, lives in NYC, she buys herself what ever it is she sees and likes, Her B-day was in November and we got her a Tom Tom Navagation for the car, Only reason she didnt buy it for herself 1st was b/c my sister-in-law wouldnt let her,(she knew we were getting it for her) Help!!!!!!Happy HolidaysI REALLY DONT APPRICATE THE CRUDE COMMENTS....GROW UP |

| Get her a photo blanket. Find a picture of the family at a reunion or maybe a picture of her grandkids and submit it and they make it into a beautiful throw blanket. |

| You need to get her something she wouldn't expect at all, something that will melt her heart and those things are usually not that expensive, just get her a huge teddy bear or something..Mums (no matter how old) like it when you buy them something soft and loving. |

| Honestly I have the same problem with my own parents. Might I suggest giving her something like this. I gave my dad a note for his birthday that told him I would pick him up take him to the Lowell Observatory & dinner. This is something he wanted to do but had never done because he didn't want to do it alone and my mom wouldn't go with him. Maybe your mother-in-law would like to go see a play, or visit a museum something like that and you could go with her and provide a lunch or dinner too. Hope that helps. |
