Two weeks ago i went to the post office and intentionally asked the post office lady what kind of envelope and insurance and tracking I needed..... then mailed a cashiers check and two JC Penney Gift cards worth $250.00 in an envelope with insurance and postage..I intentionally asked the post office lady to put insurance and certify it....She asked what was in it and when I told her she announced loudly to the whole post office lobby of people the amount i told her....She then said it would take about 4 days to get there....Its NOW 10 days later and our son has not received the envelope..HOW can i trace a cashiers check and two JC Penney gift cards???Who refunds me the $$ for the lost items?

HEY... you changed your story....anyway. Just look up the number. It it was insured for over $50, then it needs to be signed for and is not likely to have been stolen. As far as having a claim, I wouldn't count on it. You can replace the cards and money order so you could get back the postage and a few dollars for the actual value of the money order (like $1 for the cost of getting the reprint) and that's about it. god luckmerry x-mas
