my husband putting effort into planning something. He never gets that even though I tell him. I don't require he spend a dime if he would just put in a tiny bit of effort!

Anything that is heartily given is nice. But, I must admit, receiving roses and chocolates or heart-shaped cakes is romantic.I just hope that I'd be receiving something unique this year, a unicorn carving would be very special.

A nice dinner. A lot of affection. Chocolate is nice but not necessary. Flowers, definitely. A whole day of just hanging out, watching a movie (at home or in a theater), a getaway day at the beach or a romantic place like tagaytay. But that's just me.

food that my partner cooked... food that wouldn't make me die young. Very Happy I appreciate flowers, especially if they're home-grown... that would be really sweet! (unfortunately, I always spend Valentine's only with myself & my family... I then have time to talk to my plants. XD )

I just want to be able to spend the day with my bf. But alas, it's a school day so I guess we just have to celebrate Valentine the Sunday before or after or both. LOL
