A good friend of ours is having twin boys. We want to give her a unique but practical gift. I checked her registry and all she really registered for was toys and things that the babies won't be able to use for a while. I think she has all of the crib, carseat, and stroller stuff covered. Does anyone have any good ideas for twins???? Please advise!

Best thing in the world are diapers! Maybe a diaper cake would make it unique. I wish I had gotten more diapers at my shower.

From a mom's perspective: Mom's registed for things for one reason - that is what they want their kids to have. personally i think it is rude to completely ignore what a parent has requested on their registry. a baby registry is for expectant parents to register for THEY WANT AND NEED........if you do not want to purchase anything they have listed, just give them the cash and let them chose. if you really HAVE to get something not on the registry you should get a second gift that is listed on the registry.

Does she have names picked out? If so, how about a cute, personalized sign for the nursery that accents the décor? Personalized gifts are always treasured. They have nice ones here: http://www.mysweetandsour.com/ The artist is a mom.
