What should I get him for v-day?

My boyfriend, who is also my daughters father is WONDERFUL at picking out gifts and making me feel special. We just recently got back together after breaking up during my pregnancy almost two years ago. We have always been friends and always gotten each other gifts on special occasions, dating or not. This Valentines day I want to really blow his socks off and make him feel as special as he does me. BUT what do you get a guy for Valentines day?? He's sentimental and loves romantic gifts, so getting him something for his car wouldn't do it. I know it needs to be romantic but can not think of ANYTHING good enough, lol.
