| I was wondering if anyone could help me Iam trying to buy something offline and own NO credit cards and no bank accounts I was wondering where u can get a visa gift card at I called Wachovia and you have to have an account to get one there so i cant do that is there anywhere that i can purchase one at HELPPPP!!!!! Thanks so much.. |

| Visa GIFT cards can be bought at any Wal-mart, or other department/discount store, or grocery store. You simply purchase the card for a certain amount ($25, $50 or $100) and activate them for a $5.95 fee. Visa DEBIT cards are the cards you need a bank account to attain. Both cards are accepted anywhere Visa is accepted, but the purchased gift cards need to be registered on-line in order to be used on-line. |
