| I would like to offer a services such as babysitting pets, delievery services of gifts, flowers, groceries etc and home waiting do I need any licenses or permits for this???This is not a small business yet. Just see if it will work for now. |

| Probably; call county zoning/licensing.At teh very least you'll need a business license |

| Just my opinion.......First, go ahead and pay $175 or whatever a business license is in Wyoming. That way you are covered. Then, go to Legal Zoom dot com or another legal document assist site and get your enterprise incorporated or formed into an LLC. It can be done cheaply. That way you cannot be personally sued if there is an accident, damage or mishap. When it comes to business (even small) you can either use the system or get run over by it. |
