| I want to start my own help.. I want to try and have people donate a teddy bear/doll, a blanket (child size), and bottle of water. I want to send each child in a hospital this gift ( all three.) Its not much, but I was thinking maybe if they had something to hold on too they might feel a little better. What I need to know is what hospital or relief can I send these packages too? I don't want to send them to anyone but the children themselves. Thank you.. OO and one more thing. Any ideas as to how I can get people to donate these gifts to me without them thinking im fake? |

| to be honest i know your trust woarthy but the people that ar ethe most trusted to give these dolls , etc. are the hospitals. just ask friends jobs to give you bags and give them to the hospital. or if your in middle , high , or even , college go to the office and ask them if they can do some sort of drive for this. and to come up with a donating thing. |

| You have a wonderful idea, and that is so nice of you to want to give to these children.May I point out, that as honest and sincere as your dream is, the reality of it is that gifts like that will need to be cleared by The Health Department, they do not want the children to be allergic to them, or have any particles on them, that are not sterile.....also you would have the Chinese Government checking for contraband...it is still a beautiful idea and I commend you for it, I cannot think of anything more important to a sick child, than a teddy bear or blanket to hold on to, but please go through the Red Cross or Save the Children Organizations, they already have clearance on many of these obstacles.....and please do not every loose your compassion and love for your fellow human being, you are a special person and we need more like you......thank you |
