Theres this girl that I liked for about year at school. She never noticed me until I manage to talk to her in class one day. I slowly became friends with her and gave her a valentines gift, which probably showed my feelings for her. Ever since, we've been talking more and she has showed signs of liking me back but as the school year went on she started to distant herself from me. Toward the end of the school year she asked if we could exchange numbers so we could keep in touch. We had a few conversatons but most of them were because I called. And on the phone she talks as if she doesn't want to talk to me and comes up with lame excuses for me not to call or to just hang up. I have a feeling she doesn't like me nor wants to be friends with me anymore. I also think she just wants to simply forget about me. What should I do? And what should I do if she calls me?

Forget about her. Don't worry yourself over her if she's not interested. If she calls you, then that's another story.

Forget about it. She prob. doesn't like you THAT way but still as a friend. My advice-stop calling.

Don't call her anymore. If she calls you, I wouldn't answer. There are plenty of other girls out there. You don't need one who's going to play games with you.

i would say move on. maybe she did like you but since you never made a move, maybe she decided to move on.

Let her go. If you continually try to get her attention, then it's not worth it. She obviously is not showing any interest in you. Still like her? Ask yourself "why" you like her. You might be surprised that you only think you like her.

Unfortunately, things don't always work out the way we hoped they would. I'm sorry you're going through this, but continuing to contact her when she's pulling away from you is just postponing the inevitable. You should try to move on. Meet new people, have fun over the summer, and if she does call you, be polite, but don't read more into it than might be there.

Move on. If she kept making excuses to not talk to you, then that pretty much means that she's not interested. If she was, she would love talking to you and there wouldnt be excuses to not talk to you. If she calls you, just talk normally. Be yourself.Good luck.
