| If your ex boyfriend was on an army mission and couldnt say happy birthday and couldnt get you a gift til he got back, would you get mad at him?Cause I want to get my ex a card and two stuff dogs ( teddy bears, she loves dogs ) , but I want to give it to her in person, but I dont want her to get mad at me, I know she still cares about me...Do you think she will think asshole at first but when she got the gift she would be suprised...? |

| If your in the army you cant help it.theres more important things you are thinkin about.im sure she;ll understand as long as you dont blow off her birthday completely..next time u talk to her tell her happy birthday and just give her a gift when u get back. |

| You are in the army you don't have a choice you have to be there(well i guess you do have a choice but still once you are there you don't) no she wont be mad. she will understand i know i would. tell her that you thought of her the whole day and couldn't forget how sad you were missing it. because you know it is true. tell her the truth and say your sorry (even though it isn't your fault but don't Say that) and tell her you love her |

| i'd be angry if i got anything from my ex for any reason at any time. but that's another matter.dude, if she can't understand the circumstances, she's not worth keeping in your life.she might be upset when you miss her birthday, but once you explain it was because of things beyond your control, she should be okay.but if she still cares about you, be careful about sending mixed messages. she'll be more angry if she mistakenly thinks you still like her and want to get back together with her because you're giving her birthday presents. trust me. |

| No I wouldn't be mad! I mean-- for god's sake you're serving your country! If she gets mad it's disrespecr for you service AND for your country! What's a single date of a birth to the country? If she's that arrogant then you don't need to talk to her at all, or give her any birthday presents! |
