Im not meaning to be crass at all, but in all seriousness, depending on how long the relationship has been, you could present the gift completely in the nude.

Give it to her via candlelight, with the house light dim and romantic, maybe with "your song" playing in the background, rose petals on the bed, and wearing nothing but a smile and a daisy tucked behind your ear. Worked for me.
