well one time i took like 4-5 different sized cardboard boxes, painted them white, and then stacked them so they looked like a wedding cake. under each box i had a different gift, like cookies, a scrapbook, and some other little things. this was actually for my parents 30th anniversary but they loved it.

Maybe get her a day at the spa with a facial, massage, manicure, pedicure package and also pay for her to get her hair done the way she wants.I always feel beautiful after a day at the spa.

Well it really depends on your wife and what she likes. If she is into gifts and presents then by all means get her something to wear like a ring or necklace with a nice sentiment to it. Perhaps something to remind her of the day you fell in love with her. Or you might consider a night out or an overnight evening with her where you can remind her how much you love her and how happy you are to be with her.

Buy her some bamboo sheets for your bed ... they are a bit expensive but they are VERY SOFT AND SILKY and they are the 'greenest' sort of sheets you can buy ... get a color to show her skin off to the best effect ... and ENJOY your gift together! If you 'make the bed' in secret and then point her at the bed to 'unwrap' those new sheets, she'll get the idea! Happy Anniversary!

You can get her a bouquet of flowers and now they even have businesses that make a gorgeous arrangement out of fruit but they look like flowers so check out what is around your area. If you don't want flowers because it is a common gift you can always do something like not getting her anything but maybe plan a super special date outdoors since you like green and eco friendly stuff. Make it with your sense of style in it and very romantic. Hope this helps and happy anniversary!

The one thing that should make her feel beautiful is your love and attention towards her, and you telling her she is beautiful. Take her out dancing and tell her you want to show her off because she is so beautiful and you want the world to know. Buy her a piece of jewlery at an organic gift shop type thing and say what part of her body it compliments. "wear this necklace to compliment your beautiful figure."...."wear these greenish blue earrings because them and you remind me of a beautiful ocean and forest. Hope it helps! Congrads

any girls dream date: just a romantic night out to a nice resturant, give her her favorite flowers, then surprise her with a locket with a picture of you two and any kids you might have in it

A trip to get away from it all, even if it is for the weekend on an island, and buy her a sexy bathing suit. Also buy her some beach wear, don't pack any heavy luggage. This will surprise her and you will reap the rewards.Goodluck!

For cotton anniversary - how about a nice 100% cotton sundress and matching sandals? Or a scarf? Something that she can wear, look beautiful, and remember it was you that got it for her?

I am assuming because you want a Eco friendly gift or a "green" gift that you or she care about our environment. So cut flowers would not be a good idea. But, what about planting a tree for her...or having a star named after her...something that shows you thinks she is as eternally beautiful as the gift you give her...my suggestion is be original...not just the same old diamonds, dinner and a movie or lingerie and sheets. I am sure she will love what ever you come up with simply because it is from you and given with love.I hope this helps...good luck and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! :0)

jewelry..diamonds, tanzanite, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, etc... can't go wrong with jewelry!Take her for a night out in a hotel...pamper her.A trip to a SPA for a massage, pedicure, manicure, etc.Have a sky-light installed in the kitchen or bathroom...or solar panels. (doesn't sound romantic, but I'd LOVE this! and it's defiitely eco friendly)Get some pictures and make a scrapbook..don't use any embarrassing photos of her...like with a midnight mudmask on or anything. Frame them nice with pretty borders...make it something she'll show off. OR...you can make a DVD movie slideshow...same parametes. You can do it yourself, or go to www.ForMemoriesSake.com for some fancier styles...to save yourself a little work.Put a gazebo in the bakcyard and surround it with rose bushes, and then have a romantic picnic in it. (or any kind of retreat in or at your house)

Your 2nd wedding anniversary is celebrated traditionally with cotton or straw, both can provide very eco-friendly gifts, just check the cotton labels that they are green and fair trade. A sweet cotton idea is to write a love message on a piece of cotton and place it in a bottle for a message in a bottle.Straw could be a beautiful straw basket or a trip to the countryside for a picnic in a straw hamper.Your 2nd anniversary on the modern anniversary list is china, you could start the collection of a fantastic china dinner service or a trip to your local chinese restaurant.Have a great anniversary, more 2nd ideas on the link.

I think you should give her something memorable from the heart. Custom handmade figurine is a unique gift for everyone!I would highly recommend you visit http://aweddinggiftidea.comTheir professional artists will make a wonderful figurine of them. I sent them my favorite pictures of my boyfriend and they made incredible "mini-me". That was awesome! My boyfriend was very, very touched and pleased when I gave it to him as anniversary present.
