Is this a good anniversary gift and what can i add to it!!!?

My anniversary is coming up next month and im trying to think of a sweet way to celebrate it with my husband. We live in south carolina about 15 minutes from the water. I wanted to set up a surprise picnic and go down by the water and enjoy it together! i was going to make some chocolate covered strawberries and get some wine. Then we never really got a wedding so i was going to get a wedding style cake and have my neighbor set it up to be ready when we got home so we could have our real wedding cake together! is this a good idea and can you think of anything else to add or change! thank you for any help!
