every single time i try to get into my mail on yahoo password prompting won't let me get to my mail page. it really sucks because last weeek was my birthday and family members are sending me gift certificates online which i cannot use until i recieve it through my email addres. someone please help me. | are you really sure that the password is still the same to log in? or maybe you didn't know that it was changed already and that's why you cannot be able to enter. if it won't let you enter to the mail page, what specific error do you receive? failures and errors differ each time, so if you won't specifically state the error then the help may be blurred to you. how about logging on the messenger first and click the "Mail" link icon on the messenger, it will lead you to your mailbox too. and if you cannot be able to enter on the messenger also, try to click "forgot my password" and see if you can change your old password. |
