| a pedicure will make her feel pretty and sooth her aching feet. If that is too much $, a manicure is nice too and not too personal. You are not really expected to get anything more than a nice card for a sister in law unless someone is throwing her a party. |

| Don't buy her anything for the baby. Make her birthday all about her. You can treat her to a spa day or buy her something she's interested in if she has a hobby. You can take her to lunch too. Whatever you do, make it something indulgent for HER. |

| Depends on how close you are to this sister in law. Leave the pregnant out of it. It's HER birthday, not hers AND the baby's. What are some things she likes? My sisters in law both like plants, and love it when someone gives them one. It's the same for me. Go by what she likes. |

| I agree with Emily don't buy her baby related stuff. Get her something for herself. Maybe a gift certificate for a day of beauty. Maybe a gift card at a clothing store and tell her its for after she has a the baby. After you have a baby your old clothes usually don't fit for awhile and you don't want to have to keep wearing maternity clothes. It is nice you are so considerate! |

| I tried to find special and personalize gift for my sis that she will treasure. A friend of mine recommended http://www.photoartomation.com They convert ordinary photos into art and print them on canvas. I sent them a picture of my sis and me. They made several free preview samples of altered photos for my consideration. All of them were perfect. I chose one of them I liked the most and order a canvas stretched print. That was awesome! My sis was very, very pleased. |
