I did Babies R Us But honestly only 2 people bought from the registry anyway, it was kind of a waste of time.

I'd register anywhere you can because these stores will send you coupons after the baby is born. Put the due date about a month early and they'll send you a 10% off coupons sometimes ... use this to buy any big items you need. (Put them on your registry, though because the coupon is only good on things on your registry!)

I did Babies R Us but no one bought from it anyway. Only one person attempted to but she's really impatient so when it didn't print right away, she just bought what she thought I would like. Which I did! LOL but most people only buy off the registry if you write on the invites registry items only. But most people think that's rude. BTW make sure everyone knows what size clothing you would expect for particular seasons. I had my shower in August for an end of Sept baby and EVERYBODY (except 2 people) bought my baby summer clothes ranging from newborn to 6 months. I was looking like what the heck were yall thinking?!?!Then I got slack because I took everybody's stuff back...but I was just exchanging for bigger sizes (the same EXACT outfits) for my baby to be able to wear for this summer! It was a mess but they're all over it now. Good luck!

I also did Target and Babies R Us. Target was a nightmare. They barely had anything in stock and their sales people are just rude and not available. I got a lot of stuff on my Babies R Us registry, but I also had 3 baby showers thrown for me. I liked that most of the stuff available online at babiesrus.com was also available in the stores. The Target stores had maybe 10% of the items available on Target.com.

I had Registries every where. Walmart, Kmart,Target and Babies r Us. Everyone has a different price range, but I found most people bought stuff from my other registries at Walmart as well as from my Walmart registry. But I would suggest doing any of them

babies r us , target, and walmart.... That way if you have family that lives out of town they will be able to get to one of the 3 stores.... its a pain in the butt to register , but worth it in the end .. b/c my friends and family got me everything except the diaper bag on my registery... Also take a mommy with you to register so she can tell you what you really need and what is a waste of money
