cash is king! i think most couples would be ok with cash, if you don't want to give cash, give a gift card, Bed Bath and Beyond has some really pretty wedding ones

Yes I am sure they will appreciate cash, as long as you put it with a card that you write something heartfelt in, and put in more than just $25 if you can, especially if it's from more than one person! Just remember when you give cash they know how much you spent!!

I think for most couples, cash is preferred. Typically at the shower is where the bride receives all the gifts, but at the wedding, cash is a bit more standard. If you'd prefer not to give cash, you could always get them a gift card to a place they would both enjoy.

Cash is a great gift. Especially if the newlyweds had something expensive in mind they were hoping to buy with the cash from the wedding. If that is not the case they can always take the cash you give and buy gifts that were on their registry with it. 75% of our wedding gifts was cash and we had no problem with it. Go for it!
