Is this a good idea to do at a Baby shower?

| i think your grandmother may be suggesting this because it's nice and personal to open the gift with the gift-giver and then thanking them in person instead of calling out their names to a room full of people....HOWEVER, if the party is going to be at a certain time, chances are you'll have groups of people show up at the same time and then what.....have a line of people waiting to get in? i think she can certainly greet everyone at the door, thank them for coming and then open gifts with the entire group.... |

| I think that's a terrible idea. Opening gifts at the end is the best part because everyone gets to see all of the cute little baby things. Maybe your Grandmother thinks people might be embarrassed if their gift isn't as "good" as someone else's but people aren't like that at baby showers. She probably has good intentions but she's going about it all wrong. |

| I would do it like a normal baby shower because the guests want to see what you get. Everyone likes looking at baby stuff |
