What is a good gift idea for my boyfriend?

We've been together for eight months but have known eachother for nine years. We're fourteen years old. He's a big sports fan so maybe a gift related to that? But I also want it to be sweet. Any good ideas? Much appreciated! I took a probably 9-inch tall glass jar and layered cocoa, marshmallows, instant latte powder, and cappuccino powder in it, and then I decorated it with gold and red glittery gel and tied a gold ribbon around the neck of the jar. =) Just a few ideas. She put pictures of them as a couple and some of her on there and left some room to add more he might want. Then she got him a really cute card. I got one for my boyfriend and he loved it. You can write all kinds of funny stuff....
