| Some kind of fancy candle holder with nice candles, unless they have very specific tastes for their decor. A nice bottle of wine is also good. |

| you could give them a custom nameplate to tack outside their front door with their surname on it. it makes people feel like its already home, and they will be more comfortable with their surroundings. |
