how to make money from making homemade greeting card?

Last winter I made near 300 greeting cards by decorating them with crafts not computerized stuff. I have gotten so many compliments on them when I brought them to the office everyone raved over them buut when i tried selling them to companies like the "blue tulip" I sent about 4 cards to them and never heard back which means they aren't interested. i have done craft fairs but found out only a few people need cards and though I only sell them for$3.00 I still can't get anywhere! i am trying to get a customer service job but have to go thru a temp agenicy and i hate them but they hog all the jobs! since they send about 20 people for the same interview you're lucky to get a reply! I have been fired from 2 jobs because I couldn't pick up their software! what do i do now ? How an i giiiiiiiiiiiiin
