You can buy cool punk rock t-shirts at http://www.interpunk.com/. That's usually where I order my stuff.

All he wants is you in some lingerie and a night out at the bars pounding shots! Or maybe an ipod!

Between your are me I believe that a combination of the three option is the right one. Buy the t-shirts (or Cd's whatever) so he has something to show to his parent or relatives. But give him also some alone time in lingerie and he will never forget it. Maybe you can wear his t-shirt (with nothing or little beneath you...) instead of wrap it. But this only work if you guys are in that point of the relationship, if you are not buy the t-shirt and chocolate, chocolate is always good!

If he's into coffee get him a gift card for Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks - also maybe a gift card for an electronics store like Best Buy/Circuit City - then he can pick out CD's, video games and DVD's! =)

How about his very own song? http://www.Give-A-Song.com are a group of singer-songwriters who use the details you give them to write and record a unique song onto CD or MP3. A very special gift, that's sure to blow the recipient away!

If you're looking for a unique and affordable gift idea for your boyfriend, these personalized soaps from http://www.soapcard.com might do the trick. They make soaps with your photo or message embedded inside. I got one for my boyfriend and he loved it. You can write all kinds of funny stuff.... My boyfriend thought it was super cute! .the "Think of me when you're feeling dirty" soap was the one he loved the most...
