| I have sent many emails and left a voice message to Mookie Gifts and the answer I received is that my account was credited on a Wednesday but it has not been credited. My order was placed March 1st and after some weeks of inquiry with emails, I cancelled it and then a few weeks later my account was charged. I never received the items and when I asked for a refund I was told my cancellation was never received. It has been another week and still no refund and no resolution. How can Yahoo help me get this resolved? |
