|
|
Yes, I am a bride with a budget! LOL. I have a large number of bridesmaids because I have a large family. I just wanted to know some ideas for good gifts for bridesmaids at an affordable price* since I'm going to have quite a few to give. If you would like to suggest a website, I will be more than willing to accept that. Thank you all so much in advance!*An affordable price would be $20.00 or less per gift.

get them the jewelry you want them to wear in the wedding. My girlfriend got married in October and she got us girls our earrings and necklaces. They were pretty and it didn't cost her an arm and a leg.

jewlery is always good...matching earrings/necklace? Maybe just earrings (and yes, they could wear them at the wedding). Also, purses. Just cute, little summer purses with cute patterns. TJ MAXX is a saviour! You could probably go there and pick up 10-15 purses for less than $20/each (same as jewlery)!Good luck and don't stress too much. They will love anything you give them i am sure

How about some nice embroidered towels or something? Low in cost expecially if you pick them up at a dollar store and take them in to be embroidered. I had a customer do that for her bridesmaids and they loved it.

Give them something individual. Like a book or Gift certificate. I was a maid of honor and I got a gift certificate to a spa place where they had massages or manicures. If they are involved in the wedding party they pretty much know you are on a budget so they shouldn't be expecting a hefty gift. What about an engraved photo frame or bracelet? Just a simple silver band would do it. As long as you put thought into the gift then they will treasure it.

Sterling silver is very affordable and pretty and timeless and fits for all ages! They have some great sterling silver bracelets at Wal Mart that have dangling heart charms that are engravable. This would be a perfect gift! Or you could choose earrings that you want them to wear in the wedding...or just do goody bags/purses for the wedding day that has lip gloss, nail polish, panty hoses, a little perfume sample, a sewing kit, etc!

Bath and Body Works currently had an oceanic-spa kit for around $20. It's actually a pretty decent size for the price, with about six different items, sea salt scrubs, seaweed masks, etc.A good idea if you all are interested in having a house-held spa the day before your wedding. You can all sit around and pamper each other for fun.

I was in a wedding where the bride gave us all earrings to wear at the wedding. Keep in mind you want to give them something that they will be able to wear again. She got us earrings from JCPenny and they are beautiful pearl earrings, and they cost $14.00 per set. Just an idea.
