Something he can ride or ride on. Something that moves. They are really into motion things at that age.

Hi, how about a personalized book? Kids love to hear their own name in the storyline. Go to this website http://www.tlc-expressions.com They have lots of titles like Sesame Street, Three Little Pigs, Mother Goose, Spider-Man, Batman, Sports titles and so many more. Check it out - they're very reasonably priced, and make a wonderful & unique gift... Good Luck!

Instead of 'a' gift, try giving a set of 'gifts'. Children at 2 are a bundle of curiosity, and need as many different simulations as they can as they are extremely keen to know about the world around them. Try giving various kind of balls like small footballs, tennis balls etc; and add to it some do-it-yourself-kits like small trains ; you can also give the child a blank drawing book, with non-toxic crayon colours as children like to scratch around, scribble at this age. Notwithstanding all this, the best gift you can give to a 2 year old is to be with him, spend time with him, play with him, listen to him, and let him be....
