Yes, however, Pic 'n Save also known as Big Lots has cards that they sell for prices less than what's on the card itself.

I would think so, but beware... many gift cards are good for a year then take an "Administrative fee" and you get less bang for your buck. I just went to walmart.com and the site just charges the face value of the card plus shipping.

When you first purchase the card it's value is either printed on the face of the card or you tell the cashier to load a specific amount at the register. This is the amount you actually pay for the gift card.If you're looking for discounted gift cards try this site: http://www.stargiftcardexchange.comGood luck!

Walmart gift cards don't have a value printed on the card. You tell the cashier how much to put on the card--anywhere from 5.00 to 2500.00 (the upper limit might not be in effect anymore). It can be an odd amount--because they use them when you do a return and you don't have the receipt. They put the value of your return on the gift card to use in the store. There is no discount on the cards. Also, They do NOT deduct a fee after a certain period of time--if they are not used.
