| In one last attempt to get gmod10, i want to try to buy a gift card for around 10 - 20 dollars for under 10 dollars, cause i only have a 20 dollar bill left and ill need to pay a book fine on the same day i buy that cardAnd if there are any activation fees can they be paid upfront? |

| on those pre-paid visa & mastercards, there is a $4.95 acitvation fee...which sucks...it says so on the back |

| it depends what state you are in but in pa our cvs sells mastercard and visa gift cards they even sell american express ones |
