Something for the couple helping them to set up home together is best. if they've been living together for ages and their house is already sorted, then vouchersa re always good. Friends of ours asked for vouchers from a travel agent to help towards the honeymoon....loads of us took them up on their suggestion and they were able to go away .....the cost of the wedding had left them with no funds for a honeymoon, so this was a great way of helping.

my friends wife got a similar gift from here sister, when they got married. she thought it was funny.I guess you get away with it - as a woman giving a gift to a woman (it would not be appropriate for a guy to give it)It is a pretty personal gift....It depends how close you are to the person you're giving it to.

Depends on whether the groom wears that sort of thing!! Seriously depends on the couple...How easy going are they??? personally I would be glad of a present like that as I would get enjoyment out of seeing my bride on our wedding night in a saucy little number!! Others may feel that ligerie as a wedding present is not suitable.

Since you two are close friends, I think it's cool. If you were just some cousin or old college friend, it would be different, but that sounds cool and fun. I'd add some massage oils and maybe a tiny vibrator in as well. Sex toys would definitely spice things up, if not together, it would spice up her masturbations sessions which would allow for better sex in the long run. If you're not sure, why not a gift card for a sex shop? Then the two of them can go together and pick out some fun things. Have fun!

only you know your friend, if u think that she would enjoy or get a kcik out of it it sounds like a good idea, if shes a proper girl that has to have everything her way then maybe not as good of an idea.you be the judge, but if you do give it, make sure you specify on the card not to open in public or fun for the honeymoon so she wont open it in front of her parents

Bad Idea for a formal wedding gift. It is something that could be given at a bridal shower.

If your question were: "Is this appropriate for a wedding shower?" I would say yes. But for a wedding, no. Often couples will open their wedding gifts together with their family at home....I for one would be embarrassed to pull out some sexy lingerie and shoes in front of my family. Wedding gifts are for the couple together. Choose a gift appropriate for the both of them. (I know..lingerie is somewhat for both of them..but you know what I mean)However, a bridal shower is for the bride to be showered with gifts from her female friends and family. This is the place to give naughty gifts, gag gifts and other potentially embarrassing things. The bride to be opens the gifts in front of just the other girls...so everyone can oooh and aaah and giggle. So, please rethink this gift for the wedding. If you are invited to the shower, give the lingerie there.

One of my wife's friends (a girl was her class mate) had given a pair of bra and panty (very sexy looking) on our wedding as a gift and told my wife to wear it on our first night. We both laughed very much in the night for such an idiotic idea of her friend.
