| The first holidays without your loved ones are very difficult! They can almost be unbearable to get through! My Mom died in Nov. of 99, and that Christmas was not the same. I tried for my Dads sake to make it a nice Christmas, but it still was a very sad one. Then the year after that, the following Nov., my Dad died. I couldn't even put a tree up! I just remembered past Christmases, and felt terrible. Finally one day, I said to myself, I must get over this for the family I have left that needs me. I cant do anymore for my loved ones that have passed on, but I must make life enjoyable for my children and husband. It takes time for everyone, but each year it will get easier, although we never forget them! |

| How sad that you were not allowed to share the joy of the life of this gifted man. What a shame that you only found out too late what you were missing. Shame on aunty...and to think she used her religion to perpetrate this slight, is despicable. |

| Sorry to hear about your friends' loss. My father died in 1988. I miss him often, not just on Father's Day. However, I have very good memories. We enjoyed a great relationship and that is comforting. I also know I'll see him again. |

| I feel your sadness. This is my 3rd Fathers Day without my Father. My Mother has been gone for 12 years and this year my Husbands ex wife will not allow him his visitations.This is a tough Father's Day. |
