| i ordered two email itunes gift certificates 2 days ago and they still haven't arrived. they are supposed to be sent 'immediately'. has this happened to anyone else? is there anything i can do. i emailed technical support and they told be to check order status but the order is gone from my list of orders for some reason. My credit card was still charged though. help? |

| this has never happened to me before. maybe you should go to the MAC/apple store and check, or call itunes. Sorry for what happened! |
