| Depends on a guy. most guys are not into sentimental things. they would rather have something they can use.I would rather get a tool than anything.but thats just me. |

| 1000? woooow you must really luv this guy...I don't think girls should buy guys expensive gifts.. I'm old fashioned... I think guys should SHOWER me with gifts lol..anyway... how about a white silver ring.. very discrete.. maybe if he's Christian a little cross... or maybe a symbol that you two know.. or perhaps engraving your name on the inside and his on the outside....luvnan |

Gifts can be either tricky or extremely simple. Depending on how well you know the recipient you cacn make a very good choice in a heartbeat. So if you think you know him go out to the stores and look through all related shops, once you see what your gut tells you he will like just go in and buy it. Trust me our intuition is the best guide at things such as this good luck! |

| Personally, I would say something practical that he could use.If he works as chef, perhaps a high-end knife set. Find something that they don't NEED per se, but that they would WANT.Or, you could take a more sentimental approach and find something that symbolizes your relationship. For instance, if he hand writes you love notes, consider a personalized pen set.Money isn't the answer. Sometimes the best gifts are from the heart. |

the closest way to a guys heart is video games. Get him an xbox 360 with gears of war and Darkness. They're fun and most guys like them and best part is they're 2 player so both of you can have fun |

| Get him a tool set.....seriously. I bought my husband a tool set for father's day and he almost cried, it was great.I bought him "impact" ? sockets and a compressor and he said he allready had the gun.....he was so thrilled.I wish I bought him that earlier......wow, what a surprise I bought him something that he will use.....lol..He had the gun from work, but he needed his own tools to work with it......My suggestion, get him guy things, not something sappy like a two night stay in Bahamas or something, that is something he does for us last minute when he buys for us......My suggestion is know what he is into and buying that for him, chances are, its a lot less than $1000.......I don't know what to buy for your bf since I don't know what he is into.....Is he a mechanic type like my husband, or is he an office pro, or marketing exec.......???? |
