I gave my husband a nice expensive watch that I happen to get for a steal! I got a nice card with it & wrote, "Loving you till the end of time." Cheesy, I know, but he loved it. I had my cousin take it to him while I was in my suite getting ready & he was with all the guys at the gazebo.

Something from the heart. It does not have to be something of monetary value. I knew someone who framed a page of her diary/journal from the day that they starting dating and it talked about how she knew he was the one and showed her saying that her name went well with his last name. It was very unique and cute and there was not a dry eye in the house. As far as I know you give the gift the day of the wedding and you send it to him by way of your maid of honor before the wedding!Good Luck!

Most brides I know give their grooms a watch, usually before the ceremony. The brides give the gift to the best man and he gives it to the groom when they're all getting ready. But I think when you give him the gift depends on the gift itself.Silk boxer shorts - after, cuff links - before.

I think what ever you give him, he will love!I also think you should give it to him privately. Maybe just after the wedding when your relaxing afterwards or on the honeymoon.Im sure he will be thrilled either way!

We didn't have a lot of money for gifts for each other because we had paid for our wedding and had just bought a house. So, I gave my husband a trophy that was shaped like a heart. I had it engraved to say, "Ten years ago I gave you the key, Today I give you my Heart." And I put our wedding date on it. I sent it to his dressing room right before our ceremony. I didn't see him open it but our videographer taped it. He was really touched. He got me tickets to a Van Gogh exhibit which I loved and we went together. Now anything with Van Gogh art on it is like a secret love message to each other.

My wife gave me a pair of white gold cuff links with mother of pearl in-lay surrounded by diamonds. They are beautiful and will last a lifetime. I gave her a pair of multi-colored sapphire and diamond earrings in white gold. Both gifts cost about $1,000.00 each, but, if you've done it right, this will be the only wedding gift you'll ever buy for your spouse-to-be. Besides, the money you will get for the wedding should cover the expense of the gifts. Good luck and congratulations!
