| I am tasked with finding awards for our company's top performers (Annual Awards). Previously, we have given crystal awards to 20 - 35 people This year, we will only have 5 winners. I am looking at crystal gifts (high end ups, etc.) that range at $300 - 350. They are beautiful; but for that amount of $ for an award, I am wondering if it is better spent... Any suggestions or thoughts on the crystal awards (i.e. would you want one)?Thanks!!!The watch is a great idea... but we are giving all of our winners watches at an event later in the year... |

| How about nice watches suited for the gender of the recipient. It could have the company logo on the face. It is much more practical, and will be a source of pride for the person instead of something that collects dust. |

| Yes, I would want one but I would want it to be a usable object such as a bowl or serving dish. I doubt many others would like it but I entertain a lot especially at holiday times. |

| What about travel/airline vouchers? This would be expecially easy if your company has a travel co. they use. |
