In need of a flowers, cake, D.J. Venue Decorators in or around the GTA?

We are planning a double wedding anniversary party in the (GTA) Toronto Ontario, Canada for April 12th. We have a very modest budget but we would love to have 50 or so guests. We need a venue both for the ceremony and the reception (preferably the same venue, even the same room). So if you know of someone or can reccomend someone who may be open to providinge their services for a discounted rate in exchange for using us as refernces and/or our pictures for expanding a portfolio or advertising or my "volunteering" to help them out with their new business. We would love to give students or people who have just started their company our business. So it's a win-win situation! Here is a list of what we are still in need of: a venue for the ceremony and reception (even in the same room), a florist, a D.J., a venue decorator, a caterer, gifts for our guest, a cake, wine,.... We are not asking for anything for free, just discounted.
