| My mother in law's b-day is Christmas Eve and she wants a seperate gift for her b-day and Christmas. The problem is she's very picky...no gift cards, no candles, nothing scented, nothing that is about Christmas. She doesn't collect anything. I'd never try to buy her clothes. Last year I over heard her make fun of what we got her. We don't have lots of money...any ideas???? |

| Why not ask her for a list of what she wants. Use it as a base. We gave my mother a "day at the spa" gift certificate once. She loved being pampered. How about a night out with you...dinner and a movie, maybe... |
