It's getting close to Christmas again and I'm faced with the same delima every year. What to get my co-workers (15 of them) without spending 100's of dollars or getting totally cheesy, useless crap? What do you do for your co-workers at Christmas? Do you have any inexpensive, cool gift dieas?

Wow! You buy for all 15? That is crazy, unless money isn't an issue. Why not do a secret Santa or just draw names?Anyway, if that is not possible, how about like a gift certificate for those who stop and get coffee on their way to work. Or a movie rental for a movie buff, if there is a place some prefer for lunch how about a certificate for there? Or how about you buy lunch or have it brought in one day for everyone.Baking cookies and making homemade candy is easy, I make hundreds every year and bring in a couple of trays, my co-workers love it.

When giving gifts like this, just a trinket is sufficient. We make chocolates and give them out to co-workers, neighbors, etc...pack them in a cute Christmas tin, and it makes a nice gift. My coworkers talk about getting my candy all year long...it's really appreciated.

Do some on line search for inexpensive gift ideas , try for example : http://www.gifts.googlepages.com look for gifts around $ 10 , this way it won't cost you more than $ 150 .

I work at a large company. In my department, there is a group of us that does a Secret Santa--we each draw a name and buy that person a gift, with a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $15. Another suggestion would be to buy a nice box of chocolates, or chocolate covered pretzels, or other holiday treat, and present it to your co-workers for them to enjoy. Or, bring in Dunkin' Donuts and coffee one morning. Everyone will appreciate the gesture, and they won't have another cheap trinket to find room for at their house. One more idea: Target (and probably many other places) sells canisters of individually wrapped chocolate covered pretzels, biscotti, etc. You could buy one canister, and attach a small card with a piece of ribbon to each individual treat. That would make giving an edible gift a little more personal. One more suggestion: Places like TJ MAXX always have Christmas-themed candy/food/hot cocoa for less than $5 each.
