Is it appropriate to give a card along with my gift when attending a baby shower? If so... what kinds of things should the card say?

Congratulations on the upcoming event.Cards are always appropriate and the mother usually saves the cards to remember the event.

Congrats on your upcoming arrival. May your life be blessed with many memories and unconditional love. All the cards I have from my baby showers I have kept in a scrapbook so I can reflect on in the future. It also helps when sending thank you cards.....just write something from the heart. Best of Luck

You must attach some type of card whether it is a baby shower card or just a gift card so they will know who the gift is from. All you have to do is offer your best wishes and sign your name. If you are very close to the person, you might want to add something personal.
