| My secretary is about 36 years old, married, pregnant (with her first). She will soon be on maternity leave. Past christmases I have given her things like dinner for two at a nice restaurant. She is about to give birth and that seems somehow inappropriate. She had a huge baby shower and has all necessary baby things. So, I need some ideas of a nice Christmas gift for someone in those circumstances. |

| Well I dont know how much money you are willing to spend. But, with the new baby and all she will be wanting to take lots of pictures, so a nice digital camera could be one.. Or.. There are these pictures frames that plug into the wall that you can put the memory card from your camera in and all your pictures come up as a slide show. They are around a $100 I think any soon to be mom would love either one of these gifts! Happy Holidays! |

| GIVE A GIFT BOTH WILL LOVE AND OR ENJOY , HOW ABOUT a coffee pot for the couple or some blankets , sheets etc . For the baby , how about some baby bottles , blankets or even some cribs sheets , and you might try even asking her what the baby really needs . Electric blankets are really nice for a Christmas present for both the parents and they would really like that lots !! Tools to use for them . Way back , when ,it use be just the man to use a hammer but now in these days its a woman as well that the hammering too, does too cause I know cause I am one myself and I use a hammer and I use one often , but don't get a real heavy one that she can't pick up and use when he's not around , she won't appreciate that at all ! So whatever you choose get something for them BOTH AND HOPE THIS HELPS !! MERRY CHRISTMAS |

| i vote for a spa gift certificate. i love going for pregnancy massages and would love to get that as a holiday gift. if she doesn't want a massage, she can choose something else, and if she doesn't have a chance to use it before the baby's born, she can always use it after! |
