| My mother is a TERRIBLE gift buyer... At least for her family, if you are a complete stranger or an aqaintance then she's really good.. One year for Christmas I gave my family a HUGE gift basket filled with homemade, bread(s), chocolates and cookies w/ specialty coffee AND teas.. The basket was wrapped with cellophane and tied with a nice festive ribbon... That year my little brother got a brand new dirtbike and ALL the pads/equipment everyone was opening presents and there was NOTHING for me under the tree... For some reason my step-dad thought my mom bought me SOMETHING but, she didn't she "forgot".... I got nothing... So, for my birthday which was a couple months AFTER Christmas I did get tickets to see the broadway musical FAME.... While I enjoyed the gift.. Christmas was a major let down considering it took me a couple weeks to make/prepare their gift basket.... I'm older now and while I don't expect gifts for me I do hope that my parents buy something for their grandchildren....A pushmower wow ! That sucks ! |

| Ouch. i can't believe he gave that to you!! My ex boyfriend gave me a plunger when i moved into my new apt. I could not believe it. one of the reasons why i call him my ex |
