| Ive had problems with Visa gift cards in the past. Fee's for using it and also fee's for just checking the balance. I also have had problems with stores not knowing how to use it. American express has no fee's I personally think that's best.Merry Christmas! Please check if getting a visa gift card I myself have had charges for using it and checking the balance |

| There is no activation fee. It's just like a debit card, but it's not linked to any personal account. You can use it at ATMs if there's enough of a balance on the card to cover a withdrawal - and there WILL be a fee deducted for ATM use. |
