I am at a loss as to what to get 3 male co-workers. Food is out as all of our vendors bring in tons. Same thing for calendars. Clothes and cologne are considered to personal. I would rather not do gift cards as that would say how much I spent. (Too little and they are insulted / too much and they would feel obligated.) I have budgeted about $20.00 per person. Please help!!!

Is there a book the relates to something you know they're interested in, or a book that relates to something you have talked about? Or maybe the DVD of a movie you think they'd enjoy?I know you said that food is out, but some of my co-workers are really into cooking. So I am going to give them this special spice blend that I really like that I know they haven't tried.Another good idea would be a certificate for a night at the movie theater -- 2 tickets and popcorn or whatever. It's kinda like a gift card, but doesn't show a dollar amount. Good luck!

Get them each some kind of Christmas decoration. Check local Lowe's, Home Depot type store for live Christmas wreaths under $20, or live decorated mini trees, most under $10 dollars. I've included a link for a nursery as an example but they are more expensive than a chain type store. It's a gift that's anyone would like at the holidays.

martini basket- small bottle of Vodka ($12) a bottle of martini mix (Rose's mixes are about $5) then two glasses from the dollar store ($2) and a basket to put it in, some filler, and a shrink wrap bag (all from the dollar store), tie it up with a bunch of curling ribbon and tie on any extra Christmas ornament you have laying around to make it look real pretty! you can make them all a basket with a different flavor mix in it, maybe if you have a few extra bucks you can add in a jar of cherries or olives!
